We understand the importance of family and being connected with our loved ones.
Our Immigration Programs works to assist all low-income immigrants (individuals on the path to citizenship) and non-immigrants (individuals not on the path to citizenship) across New York City apply for a variety of immigrant and non-immigrant statuses and benefits via application submission to USCIS. We also work to aid clients across the United States dealing with severe hardship (life or death situations) with their delayed family and spouse petitions. We prioritize education, and hold Know Your Rights workshops that will work to educate the public on their immigration rights and benefits they may be eligible for.
Advocacy work with Congress, Senate, NVC, Embassy’s and USCIS
Only clients petitioning for an immediate relative (biological/step/adoptive brother, sister, father, mother, son, daughter) or a spouse (husband or wife) who’s case has an extreme life or death hardship (with evidence) are eligible for hardship advocacy work. Some extreme hardships include but are not limited to:
